This is a private entrance, open floor-plan suite, located on the top floor (attic) of my three-story, multi-family home built in the early 1900's. The Scandinavian/Mid Century influenced space was designed to be ultra cozy and give guests the proper northern hospitality experience while in MPLS. The space features multiple sky lights, spacious closet, a large desk space perfect for remote work and a fully stocked kitchen with a Nespresso machine. The Property: Centrally located next to the river in charming Northeast, it's the perfect blend of urban and neighborhood vibes. There's always free street parking and very easy access to downtown, UMN campuses (East and West Banks), multiple hospitals (University of Minnesota, Abbott Northwestern, Childrens, HCMC), highways and public transit, groceries, restaurants and coffee shops, green spaces, and more. This space is located in on the top floor of a Triplex. The 2nd floor is unoccupied and first floor unit is occupied by wonderful long term renting tenants. You will access the space through a side private entrance and stairway that are shared by all three units; the third-floor unit is exclusively for the use of guests and opens via a keyless lock with your own unique entry code. The unit has a queen bed and a couch that folds out into a full bed to accommodate one additional guest. The kitchen should cover your basic needs, equipped with a full size fridge, microwave, tea kettle, toaster, Nispresso coffee maker, convection stove and all necessary pots/pans/cutting boards, etc to cook anything. Please note that we do not have a dishwasher machine (in the works) and laundry machine is not in unit but free on site in the basement. You are also welcome to spend time in our shared backyard, hanging out or using the fire pit.
