Apartment is 1200 square foot so everyone is in their own haven and will hardly see each other. Building and apartment is brand new. The unit has hardwood floors throughout, cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and the common areas are very clean. The Location and Transportation: Located steps away from the 3 train Saratoga stop, this location is a commuters dream as the train is at the corner of the block and takes you down town Brooklyn in 15 minutes and Manhattan in under 30 minutes. If you need to transfer to other trains including the LIRR, we are 4 stops away via the express to Atlantic Avenue. The B7 also stops in front of the building and B15, B35, and B60 are close by. Also steps away from the supermarket, laundry mat, bodegas and pharmacy. The area is gentrifying and has the iconic Betsy Head Park located just around the corner, with an Olympic size pool open to the public as well as a running track and basketball court (they just did a $28 million renovation). Brookdale Hospital is only minutes away (3 blocks) for medical emergencies. What's Included: Please note room rental is subject to a $75 utilities fee which covers Electric, Gas and Internet service. All rooms are no fee rental. Looking for respectable tenants who pay their bills on time, stick to themselves and doesn't bring home the party or have overnight guest.
