To enhance your stay, optional services are available for additional fees, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). An additional pet fee of $100-300 is collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds). Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). The minimum age is 22 (except for students/interns). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
