The property is furnished to a uniform standard; however, individual units may differ slightly from those shown in the photo gallery, with variations in decor, layout, and size. The building amenities include a smoke-free environment, a lobby, a front desk, a fully equipped gym, a piano room, and luggage storage without a lock. The unit amenities feature air conditioning, a full kitchen with a dining table, toaster, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kitchenware and utensils, and a TV with streaming service like Netflix and free Wi-Fi. Pet policies vary by location, so please confirm the specific rules for your destination prior to arriving with your pet. A $150.00 fee plus tax applies for the first pet, with an additional $250.00 plus tax for a second, totaling $400.00 plus tax for two pets. Fees apply regardless of size or breed, and excessive barking may result in fines. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out results in a $500 fee. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Each room has a standard and a maximum occupancy, which may differ. Any guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur an additional fee. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction.
