Good little spot!

The location is great for getting where I need to go, and not too close so it's not congested all the time.

Clean and Quiet

We love our apartment and the building it is in. It's clean and quiet and ore neighbors are very kind. It's right down the street from the ocean and has walking/biking trails very close by. It is close enough to have the city be easily accessible, while being far enough away that is calm and quiet.
