Has new 55 inch, 4K, smart tv that's already hooked up with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Includes gym equipment: a spin bike, 10 and 15 pound kettlebells, yoga mat and blocks. Looking for 7 month minimum lease duration. Utilities will stay in my name, but actuals will be paid by you. Electric ranges about $80 depending on how much AC you use and internet is $60 for 500 Mbps service.
