About This Property

There is a room available from July 2nd. RENT REDUCED. No cats, no dogs. The Location: Tenderloin, O'farrell and Larkin. Burnette apartments. The apartment building is very old with an antique small elevator but mostly nice and safe these days, though the streets are tenderloin. App operated laundry room in the basement. Centrally located, you're walking distance from everything or a quick jaunt to Civic center BART or take the 38 basically on the block to get downtown. The Room / Apartment: 1 bedroom (BEDROOM 2 or 3 in plans) in a 3 bed (you, me, one other) Fully furnished Penthouse rooftop apartment, private roof deck with plenty of space. Mellow social gatherings are totally cool, we're just not super social ourselves. Very sunny corner room with full windows, closet. Big enough for a queen bed, a desk, and some more. Full living room with several couches and a TV. Full kitchen, which opens to the roof. Recently replaced oven and refrigerator. 1.5 baths. Main bath has a shower and tub, both have toilets. The main bath is closest to your room, which is next to and shares a wall with one of the other rooms. As stated, outdoor roof deck is private to us. We have a grill and some chairs currently but it's not finished. Please note that to get into the apartment requires navigating up switchback stairs, which can be a huge pain or impossible for larger items. Plus the elevator is old and tends to break under heavy loads. About us; One (me) mellow and quiet early 30's graphic designer working from home currently. I keep mostly to myself, play games online, and hang out with my girlfriend. We are friendly but private and quiet as well! Rent is $1200 and utilities are split evenly, usually around $50 each. We can also share supply costs like toiletries if you like, otherwise it's honor system. We try to each contribute equally towards cleaning, and always clean up after ourselves. If there's ever an issue don't hesitate to bring it up. We're all adults here.
