Rent is $1495.00 a month and Security Deposit starts at $2990.00. This is a month-to-month lease. Renters Insurance is required at the time of move in. No Smoking. When submitting your application, you will need to provide three months’ worth of income in the form of bank statements or paystubs and a valid form of identification. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid identification to be accepted. If these things are not attached, we will not process the application. • Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. ? Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, bank statements, tax returns, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. • A minimum of two rental references is preferred. • Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report.
