The fully-equipped kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove, along with a coffee machine with a milk frother, hot water kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The bathroom includes a full-sized shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. An in-unit washer and dryer with detergent are also provided for your convenience. Complimentary garage parking for one vehicle is included, with a reserved spot in a secure parking garage. Visitor parking is also available for extra vehicles. Access to the resort-style pool and outdoor cabanas, a bark park with a pet wash station, and a fully equipped fitness center are available. Conveniently located near I-75, this apartment is just a 10-minute drive to downtown Dallas and the Dallas Medical District. It's also close to the DART rail, various restaurants, shopping centers, and green trails for nature walks. Nearby attractions include Whole Foods Market (3 minutes), Dallas Love Field Airport (12 minutes), Dallas Market Center (10 minutes), American Airlines Center (10 minutes), Perot Museum of Nature and Science (10 minutes), Klyde Warren Park (9 minutes), Dallas Museum of Art (10 minutes), Dallas World Aquarium (11 minutes), Dallas Zoo (15 minutes), AT&T Stadium (22 minutes), and Globe Life Field (22 minutes). No parties are allowed; any violation will result in immediate eviction, no refund, a $500 fine, and police involvement.
