Comes with a private back deck and a small yard. Floors are mainly tiled and some carpet in the bedrooms which are upstairs. Vaulted ceiling in the living area. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan. Washer and dryer hookups are in the garage (no units included). Kitchen has a newer fridge, dishwasher and a disposal. Central air conditioning and heating. Up to two well behaved pets are considered with an additional deposit. The duplex is in a quiet, family-friendly, low traffic neighborhood about .2 miles west of the Mopac Highway (Loop 1) between Spicewood Springs Drive and Steck Avenue. Quick and easy access to the Domain (3 miles) and the Arboretum (2 miles). It's about 6.5 miles north of both the State Capitol Building and Ladybird Lake.Good credit is needed, excellent rental history and a background check will be performed. Security deposit is one month's rent and pet deposit when applicable ($300 refundable/$100 non refundable per pet). A monthly rent credit can be provided for someone willing to take on the lawn and common area upkeep. We cannot do an open house until early/mid July. We may be able to walk through serious requests with permission from current tenants. Please do not disturb current tenants. We are only considering late July or August move-in dates at this time.
