This area of downtown has recently become a new hub of downtown with lots of new construction starting this year. Many young architects (like myself) and artist are moving in the neighborhood. (I live one block away). This is not F.Q. Story though, there is an urban grittiness to it, which we personally like, but realize it is not for everyone.
