Looking to rent out the room for 6 months with a potential for extending. Large back yard with patio and privacy fence. The town home is 15-20 mins from shopping, restaurants, beaches and more; 5 mins from I-295. The room is newly renovated/ unfurnished. I have two 5 year old pups. Utilities included. Additional Details: - No pets or children ( part time or full time). - No parties (small get togethers are fine) - No more than 5 guests at a time - No more than 2 sleepovers in a week (Sun- Mon) - No smoking of any kind inside or outside the house ( vaping outside the house is fine, but no THC) - You will supply your own toilet paper, laundry detergent, food and beverages. - Cleaning supplies, cooking and eating utensils will be provided. - You will be required to clean up after yourself, including dishes, bathroom, personal items from common areas.
