Pets are allowed, with an additional monthly fee of $60 per dog and a $200 increased deposit (non-refundable). The additional monthly fee is $40 per cat, with a $100 increased deposit. We accept vouchers! We will run a background check on all applicants with a monthly income that is at least 3 times the rent amount required.
