The building is currently undergoing remodeling to enhance your future experience, and occasional daytime noise may occur. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Don't forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving; your cooperation is essential to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. A party on the property incurs a $300 fine.
