About This Property

Gorgeous 2BR+ bright and airy garden level apartment on beautiful historic and friendly Goldfish Pond in Lynn, Massachusetts just blocks from the ocean! $2500/month + utilities. 10 min walk to the commuter rail which gets you to North Station Boston in only 20 minutes or Salem even faster. 1 block to the bus stop to Marblehead / Swampscott or Wonderland at the top of the street. 5 min drive to the Lynn/Boston Ferry. 17 min drive to Boston Logan Airport. The apartment is in an owner occupied Victorian in Lynn's Goldfish Pond Neighborhood. New businesses in downtown Lynn are just a few minutes away. Our favorites include One Mighty Mill, Lucille's Wine Shop, Ravenstone, and Sin City Superette. The apartment has been significantly upgraded in the last few years. Lots of light from many windows and a combination of hardwood floors and carpeted areas. New kitchen, new bath, new lighting, and completely new paint throughout. The apartment is around 1500sf with its own eat-in kitchen, bar and lots of storage space. The living room / great room has high ceilings, wainscoting and grand windows. Many rooms in the apartment view Goldfish Pond. The primary bedroom has dual closets, newly refurbished hardwood floors AND an attached sunroom that over the years has been used as a writing space, yoga studio, reading room, or just a wonderful setting to have some plants and to sit and watch the flowers and fountains of Goldfish Pond. The neighborhood is very walkable and bike-friendly, and includes many annual events for those interested in getting involved or volunteering: spring flower plantings, summer arts festival, and fall flea market. A few items of note: +Free washer/dryer is on premises in common area. +One or two off street parking spaces are included (virtually unlimited parking is usually available on street if that is your preference.) +Tiny pets may be considered on a case by case basis. +NO smoking/NO vaping of any kind is permitted in the apartment or on the property. +Basement storage available. +1st, last, and security deposit required at signing for a total of $7,500. +Employer and Previous housing references will be required as part of any application process.
