Well being from New York I have a higher standard for living arrangements even being housing. Now my current resident is a 900.00 dollar utility included, walk-up on the corner of a main inter section. It's a one rm,bath and kitchen like a project elevator. Yeah small. Anyway bathroom same lol! Not funny, plus strange funny and weird neighbors. With that said we have wood floors and high ceilings with old designsl, I love the view cause I get the prefect picture every night of the sky. It's also very peaceful, but remember I'm from New York. Where I lived through "SANDY"
