You will see deer, squirrels, turkeys, birds from the house and occasionally foxes if you venture out for a walk. Fridge, stove, microwave, washer/dryer included. Quiet location at end of bumpy gravel lane. Great place for dogs as you can walk them down the lane and usually will see deer or other wildlife. One of two units in the house. You get the deck and the view of Passaic River and the left side of the driveway - it can fit 2-3 cars, then there is space in the front where other cars can park if you have visitors, etc. Kitchen and living room are one big 228 sqft room. Two closets in bedroom. Laundry room. Bathroom. Broom closet. Pantry. Added crawlspace storage. Utilities will be included in the monthly rent. Trained pets are welcome as long as my insurance is okay with them - which is most pets. There is a wood deck. I will be updating the pictures soon and considering a fresh coat of paint.
