Washer and dryer included in rent. Central Air. Pool and clubhouse just steps away. Deposit is the same as the rent with an application fee of 45/adult. Pets are okay with an extra $100 deposit per pet if owner approved. HOA has a 35 # limit and only 1 dog per unit.
