Wonderful unit with a huge deck and 1 car detached garage. Large living room with built in fireplace and dining room. Kitchen with all the appliances, Stainless appliances. Washer and dryer included in rent. Central Air. Pool and clubhouse just steps away. Deposit is the same as the rent with an application fee of 45/adult. Pets are okay with an extra $100 deposit per pet if owner approved. HOA has a 35 # limit and only 1 dog per unit.
