If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. A lockbox is provided and must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors, so keep the keys on you.
