About me: I am a 34 y/o male professional. Currently I work long hours and am out of the apartment about 14 hrs a day. When I am in the apartment I relax from the day by making a meal and watching some tv or playing video games before going to bed and getting up to do it all again tomorrow. I am not very noisy, rarely have music/tv/game volume turned up loud. On the weekends I'm either enjoying the beach or tinkering with my hobbies around the house. I keep the common spaces clean, and clean up after myself, but I'm not militant about it. If you like to cook the apartment has a great kitchen for it with a gas range and oven; plenty of storage space if you wish to bring any pots/pans/small appliances. You will have a private bathroom which is detached from your room. There are two offstreet parking spots that come with the apartment. Coin operated laundry is in the building, but not in the apartment unit itself. Upstairs and downstairs patio. The landlord will require a credit check before renting. If you are interested please email with some information about yourself. Please do not respond with a single line saying you'll take it or ask to see it without describing yourself as a roommate.
