Our units have been newly remodeled with plank flooring throughout, a huge kitchen featuring chrome appliances, flat glass top stoves, quartz counter tops, and white subway tile backsplashes. Each unit has a spacious bathroom, lots of closet space, and in unit washer dryers. Resident utilities: Electric Water and trash bills are divided among the units. Pets: Pet friendly! We prefer only two pets in the home, but can evaluate depending on the situation. $35 monthly pet rent $500 pet deposit for all pets in the household- $250 is refundable Each unit comes with two designated parking spots and brand new, portable a/c units!
