This hip pad is a separate "cabana", a totally separate little house that is part of a larger mid-century modern enclave on Beacon Hill. This mid-century modern "atomic" style flat has all the comforts of home. It features a desk, a bed, a small light food prep area with a sink, a small bathroom with a shower, and a patio in front. There's a flat-screen ROKU TV that connects to the free Wi-Fi. The kitchen area has a microwave, refrigerator, sink for light meals, salads and sandwiches, a small cooktop, a coffee maker, and a tea kettle. It's located right across from a little bodega/corner store and on the bus line to the Light Rail that will get you to downtown Seattle in a blink. Price is based on single occupancy. No animals or unregistered guests are allowed. There will be an additional $1000 cleaning fee for any animal on the premises misrepresented as a service animal, and any such misrepresentation shall be grounds for immediate eviction and the reservation will be cancelled.
