The living space features an innovative open-concept design that blends the living and dining areas with the kitchen, creating a modern and sleek living experience. The living room is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family while watching a good movie or a show. Stylish interior design with carefully picked amenities and decorations make up for this lovely space. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen in which you can easily prepare your favorite, delicious meals. Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Only one parking spot is included. There may be additional parking in garages or on the street nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. No parties or events are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly. The bedroom includes an office desk and chair, providing a convenient workspace for those who need to work from home. High-speed Wi-Fi is available to ensure a seamless remote work experience.
