Hello, my name is Mousa and I am the proud owner of this unit. I am cutthroat and I don’t sugarcoat it so I’ll give it to you all straight and it’s not because it’s owned by me. It truly is a wonderful place to live. It never lasts longer than a week and a half on the market sometimes just a week tops. The location is out of this world you can’t beat it your minutes away from everything you’re literally right off of route 50 you’re next to Lee Highway your next to 66 your next to 495 your next to Gallows you’re right next to the mosaic district you’ve got Fairfax Hospital around the corner Lohmans Plaza. Arlington is a few minutes away. Tysons corner is a few minutes away. Bus stops are everywhere. It’s a pet friendly environment. You’re allowed to have dogs you’re allowed to have cats although your cats and dogs both have to be on collar If they are to walk around they both have to have leashes. You have the swimming pool probably 50 yards away from the entrance to your unit and you have a private parking spot for you the closest to your unit And plenty of guest parking. Super safe and the neighbor’s are awesome. One last thing you have a den this is a one bedroom, but the den has a full window in the room. You can see in the pictures. Most people can convert that into an office that could be used as a bedroom as well so again this is a very healthy sized unit. P.S. One last thing I have it listed move in by May 1, but I’m totally flexible right now. I could potentially wait until June 1 for someone or even May 15 or maybe the end of May. I’ll work with you with the time you’d like to move in, but I have it again, May 1.
