noise
Other then the termites in our balcony the apartment is spacious and pretty cute. but it gets really hot in the summer. since we are behind the shops like nordstrom rack, dicks, micheals, and petsmart the trucks loading and unloading is outragous the noise is crazy at all hours. there is a long term neighbor in the next building over that has a harley motorcycle... apparently we were not informed that the past two tenets have moved because of him. he starts his bike early in the morning and late at night our window is facing his garage and it echos in the ally it is crazy loud and wakes up my child all the time. if you have no kids then it might be a good fit for you. rent is resonable neighbors in our building are cool.
