Green Lake Park (and close to its Bathhouse Community Theater) is not even half a mile away, and Beth's Cafe or PCC Community Market are a 5-minute walk away. Located between Greenlake, Greenwood, and Phinney Ridge, and close to Wallingford, Fremont, and the University District, you're close to several of the most interesting neighborhoods in North Seattle. With a walk score of 91, this location is extremely walkable, with all kinds of cool spots and sights right around the corner. Greenwood commercial area is about a 15-minute walk to the West, and Greenlake is about a 10-minute walk to the East to its 3-mile walking/jogging trail. Woodland Park and Zoo is less than a five-minute drive South. Seattle Center and Central Business District is about a 15-minute drive South. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am, and guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors at all times. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, and if there is any evidence that smoking has taken place on the premises, there will be a $350 additional fine. No pets are allowed, and if there is any evidence that a pet or other animal was brought on the premises, there will be a $350 additional fine. The air conditioning is not central AC, but a window unit. The apartment is on the ground floor, out of direct sunlight, so it does not usually get too hot. The trusted partner may not be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out due to demand, guest bookings, and cleaner scheduling. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am unless other agreed-to arrangements have been made. The entrance to your unit is on the east side of the building, and you will know it by seeing the bistro tables like you see in the listing photos, as well as the newly painted teal door. [SI]
