This small community is ideally located just a 5 minute drive from the Texas Medical Center, Rice University, Rice Village shopping and NRG Stadium. BCTH community has spent $80,000 plus since 2017 on drainage repairs within the community. The City of Houston has also completed work widening the bayou and is currently widening areas under the bridges to help prevent future flooding.
