Unauthorized gatherings or events are strictly prohibited. Smoking, vaping, use of illegal substances, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited inside the home. Fireworks, open fires, hazardous materials, and illegal activities are prohibited anywhere on the property. Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing prior to arrival.
