The space offers a fully equipped kitchen, with pots, pans, silverware, knives, etc. There is a parking spot on the street directly in front of the house with private entrance to the studio. The studio is a Lock-Off from my main house. Completely PRIVATE. 600+credit score/no pets/credit and background check req.
