The main lobby was recently renovated and there is a desk attendant 24 hours a day. In all the years I lived at Chelsea Tower I found the staff and the majority of residents to be kind and friendly. Parking at Chelsea Tower is free for residents. Laundry facilities are on each floor of the building (they were coin operated, but this may have changed). Chelsea Tower is located adjacent to Cabin John Park. Behind our building there is a sand volleyball court, 2 baseball fields, a stream, nature center and walking/ hiking/ mountain biking trails. Further into the park (or further down Westlake Drive) there are more baseball fields, playgrounds, a trail for children and an indoor ice-skating rink.
