A starter supply of paper goods and household necessities is provided, including bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner, body soap, and clothing storage. Located in East Nashville near historic active railroad tracks, this home offers a unique and vibrant experience. While you may hear the occasional train passing, the home is well insulated and white noise machines are provided for restful sleep. The location offers quick access to Downtown Nashville's honky-tonks, live music venues, and famous bars, as well as East Nashville's trendy restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's also conveniently close to The Gulch & 12 South neighborhoods and Nissan Stadium & Bridgestone Arena. Uber and Lyft are readily accessible, and private shuttles are available for hire. This home is located next to active train tracks, and trains pass by a few times during the day and night. The home is well insulated, and white noise machines are provided to ensure restful sleep. Guests must be 18 years of age with the exception of children with their parents. No refunds will be issued for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things outside of our control; travel insurance is recommended. Please place all trash in trash bags and put them in the trash can outside by the garage. There is a strict no-pet policy at this home. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur fees starting at $60.
