Regular yard service is included in the rent. The neighborhood is well established with long term homeowners. The Oak Tree Shopping Center, the Greenwood business district and Northgate Mall are all close. The area around 85th Street and Greenwood Avenue is booming with coffeehouses, antique stores, bars, and eateries, along with a community theater. A short drive down Holman Road takes you to QFC, Patty's Egg Nest for Swedish pancakes on the weekend, or a gardener's dreamland at Swanson's Nursery. Just north is Carkeek Park with beach access and miles of hiking trails. You can commute downtown in less than 30 minutes by car or Rapid Line. No smoking. Strict 'no pets' policy.
