About This Property

Looking for someone to take over my lease at the Cedars of Edina apartments. i would like to move as soon as possible, February's rent is already paid. this is a studio apartment, so the floorplan picture is the layout just no bedroom. 7350 Gallagher Dr Edina, MN 55435 SQFT: 650 Lease is from October 15th, 2021 - October 31st, 2022 Rent: $1150 There is a $250 lease transfer fee, and my deposit stays on file. This is a no pet building. (service/support animals I believe are ok) Cedars of Edina asks that you make at lease 3 times the rent a month ($3,400 a month) and a clean background check (no felonies or anything like that) The studio apartment is on the first floor and i think it's one of the best units! it's one of the first apartments when you walk in so it's easy to move in. only 1 quiet neighbor to my right and to my left is the storage room, followed by the laundry room and garbage shoot. My patio is extended a little further out than most which allows the use of your grill! I can go on and on about how beautiful and awesome Cedars of Edina apartments are! indoor and outdoor pool indoor and outdoor hot tub sauna 2 workout rooms yoga/dance room tennis courts there is an underground tunnel that leads from my building to the indoor pool and all the workout rooms so you don't have to walk outside in the winter! the grounds are so beautiful with trails, waterfalls, koi pond. I personally don't mind the walk! feel free to call or text with any questions!
