About 733 N Heritage Cir Chapel Hill, NC 27516
Apartment Available! My roommate and I are looking to pass off our 2 bed 2 bath lease in Chapel Ridge for the 2017 - 2018 school year. The lease begins in August! This is not a sub lease, you would be getting our lease and transferring it into your name. Why is this beneficial to you? Since we lived here last year we resigned early and got a lower rate in which would be passed to you! The rate is $729 per person monthly. Chapel ridge is leasing 2 beds and 2 baths $790 so you save $61 dollars monthly! In addition, Chapel Ridge has no more available 2 bed 2 bath so this is a great deal. All fees such as water, electric and any other fees are covered by the complex. We have an earlier move in date! You can move in as early as August 5th! Other new residence will have the date of August 18th so you can have the perks of being settled! You will have 24 hours access to the gym and game room. There are basketball courts, a tennis court, a pool, walking trails behind the complex and parking is free and you would get parking for both people! The complex is pet friendly and newly renovated! The T, NS, and A all come to the complex so getting to campus is super easy! Feel free to contact if interested or have any questions. My number is show contact info If there is no answer please leave a message and I will get back to you within the same day! Madison. S

Residents of Outer Chapel Hill live in a forested residential area with tree-lined streets, spacious properties and Southern-style homes. Local churches sit on almost every corner and provide landmarks and inspiration for road names. A lot of residents have small farms on their property with horses, goats and cows roaming the fields. Some of the larger farms work to turn a profit, but locals enjoy the luxury of being gentlemen farmers who can enjoy the land and the animals as a hobby.
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the sizable Carolina North Forest sit to the southeast, and I-40 runs parallel with the northern border of the neighborhood. This provides the Outer Chapel Hill area with a unique mixture of agrarian lifestyle and cultural richness.
