Apt is located near Top Golf, off Dry Creek, corner of Havana and Geddes St. and near Inverness/DTC area (w/ highly desired Cherry Creek School District/High School). Park Meadows Mall is nearby, as are various other shopping areas and eateries. Dry Creek light rail is walking distance. The apt itself is a corner unit, largest floorplan of 1 bedrooms offered by Elevate, facing the inside of the complex. As you walk outside to the patio thru a full, glass patio door, you will see the backside of the clubhouse/ swimming pool/ hot tub area. Your residency includes 24 access to said private 2 story clubhouse and all its' amenities, inclusive of a mail room, pool table and sitting area on the 1st floor, a private conference room, bright and spacious gym area inclusive of free weights, machines and Peloton room on the 2nd. More pics to come, and walk thru date/time can be set for seriously interested potential residents with respect to our schedules. I do travel between this and my condo in Steamboat or into Chicago often, so will appreciate your flexibility in this regard. I will do the best I can to accommodate your viewing ability, as time may be of the essence. Per Elevate requirements, a background check, income verification and security deposit will be required. Upon satisfaction of said items, we can then coordinate with Elevate Property Management. In this Release, EPM would initiate replacing my information with yours as the primary resident, thereby taking over the lease thru Feb. 28, 2023. The current rate for this particular apt is $1850-$1950.00, not including utilities. However, my particular lease has me at significantly less and with the perk of a 1 car garage and parking spot directly in front of, for which there is a waiting list. No security deposit to Elevate, however, I would require $1250 paid directly to myself via Zelle/Venmo prior to signing said Release towards covering administrative fees and my own cost. Deep cleaning will be provided prior to move in, which would be dated for Sept. 1, 2022.
