About This Property

Here is a little background on the vision and mission of the girls' house, which we fondly call the Ohana House. We are a privately owned and run house designed for single professional women who are pursuing Christ and desire to live, grow, and be a part of an intentional community. Each of the women who live in this home has a heart for community and for spiritual, emotional and personal growth. As is typical with community living, there are house chores that we are in charge of and are organized in a rotation. There are also house guidelines to abide by. The goal is to have women who will actively participate in the house but are also independently growing in the season God has them in. This is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family house on 1 acre of land in a quiet neighborhood, with shared garage space / home gym, storage space, and ample parking. The home has a back patio, front porch, firepit and a shared living room, dining room, sitting room, and kitchen space. Rent includes full access to the house, furnishings, and kitchen, utilities / WiFi and TP. Room leases are 6 months - 1 year lease with a 60 day notice before ending the lease. Month-to-month is also available on a case by case basis.
