The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer space, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, cookware, dinnerware, glasses, and a complete silverware set. The bathroom includes a shower and bathtub combo, sink with mirror, toilet, fresh bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and complimentary toiletries. One designated parking space is provided. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: Short Stays (1–7 nights): $20 per pet/night, Extended Stays (8–29 nights): $200 flat rate, Monthly+ Stays (30+ nights): $300 flat rate. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour with 24 hours notice. The parking pass needs to be printed, and we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with parking guidelines. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. Our home features privacy-safe noise monitors that measure decibel levels without recording audio, and tampering with these devices will result in a fine.
