Cleanest, friendliest, best building to live in in chicago. I’ll be going on 4 years now. Couldn’t recommend more. Incredibly accessible and walkable distance to some of the the best cuisine in the world.

The Bozzuto property manager at 727 is a joke. Endless excuses, lack of experience, she's never present at the property, basic things are never working more than a few days, she does not take safety issues serious, and the list goes on. Would not move here unless you're ok with dealing with a rubbish property manager and endless excuses from her and her team that love to shift blame to others and not take accountability for their own incompetence. Unclear why the ownership group put these children in charge of a "luxury" building, but this experience is anything but luxury.

Pretty building . G Manager does not respond to requests. Cars broken into multiple times.Elevators constantly broken. Terrible service. Inexperienced managers make service terrible

Loving my life at 727 Madison. I looked at New’s places, but could not stop thinking about all the amenities at 727 W. Madison. I’ve been living here now for just about two weeks and I absolutely love it. So happy that I chose this place. People are great. It is incredibly dog friendly and The location. You have Walgreens, Whole Foods and Marianos grocery store literally one minute away. You can walk everywhere, but also the parking garage is amazing especially if you have an EV. You can plug the chargers or plug into one of the electric sockets. Seriously I don’t see myself ever leaving here.

Just moved in to 727 and love the apartment and the building. Super happy to be here. Only negative was that we experienced some minor things in the apartment that was fixed quickly by the maintenance team.

The staff was amazing with my move and so friendly. I love the package system and on-site dry cleaning lockers. It’s very quiet and I never here my neighbors.

Outstanding experience. You truly get what you pay for. Building staff and maintenance are top notch, responsive and helpful at all times. Amenity spaces are clean and usually always available for use. I have enjoyed my time at 727 and look to renew in the future.

Amazing location in the entrance of the westloop, plenty of resurant options and two grocery stores accross the street. Cool amenities, it should be nice in case they could have indoor pool.

Maintenance team is wonderful. Bozzuto management team on the other hand is a joke. Endless excuses, lack of experience, and basic things are never working more than a few days. Would not move here unless you’re ok with endless excuses from Bozzuto management shifting blame to others and not taking accountability for their own incompetence. Elevators are always broken. Unclear why the ownership group put these children in charge of a “luxury” building, but this experience is anything but luxury.
Great amenities, friendly staff, amazing location. Kid and pet friendly. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. Would highly recommend.
