3 Month Furnished rental. 3 Month Lease: June 1st to August 31st (possibility of month to month after) Hello! The room available is about 11x11 and has a queen bed, dresser and closet. The shared bath is recently updated with heated floors and a full bidet toilet. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The 3rd bedroom is currently being used as an office. If interested in using this space let me know. The main floor has the half bath, living room, dining room and kitchen. The basement is spacious with a laundry room and guest space. There are two outdoor areas. The front yard is a fenced and gated green space and the back is a fully fenced patio with gas fire pit and wrap around seating. No smoking. $1400/month including utilities. The room and home are fully furnished. 3 month lease with an option of month to month after lease.
