Room available in a 4/4 house (we're only renting 1 room, so there will be 3 people total in the house). You have a choice of two equal sized rooms. 1. Room 1 (first picture) has a ton of windows and a walk in closet for $1100+ utilities (~$150) 2. Room 2 (empty room in pictures) has a normal sized closet and one window for $950+utilities. Both available rooms are upstairs by the library and second living room (which we call the pillow room). The other occupied bedroom is downstairs, so there are no shared walls with the bedrooms. ** We are only renting out one room to total 3 people in the house. We just don’t care which room you pick! The rest of the house is fully furnished with a lot of fun spaces including a library, a pillow room, a huge kitchen, a living room with a vaulted ceiling, and the backyard has a fire pit. About us The house is currently occupied by me, my partner, and our small dog and cat who are both very quiet and clean. We’re both quiet, clean, and considerate people who mostly keep to ourselves in the house. We’re in our late 20s/early 30s. Allison is a theater director and I’m a writer/tech designer, so we’re both creative artsy people. About you You’re a woman (trans or cisgendered) or AFAB non binary person with no pets who doesn’t smoke. You don’t need to be LGBT to live with us, FYI! We just prefer to live with other women/AFAB non binary people.
