Property Ratings at 720 Crescent St
A family member of mine lives/lived here. The place is an absolute pit! Carpets in hallways are covered in animal urine stains. The building smells like urine and mildew. There's track marks from garbage bags leaking all over the hall floors. The walls have splatters of dirt and lord knows what else. The basement and at least some of the basement living units flood. There is dog poop all around the outside. The police are often called for one reason or another, including drugs and domestic issues. The walkways and parking lot are not kept regularly salted in winter. That's all I can think of for now, but I'm sure there's more I'm not remembering.
the owner is very rude and if things need to be fixed in the apartment they don’t get fixed or it takes a long time to get it fixed. I the washer and dryers brake a lot I would not recommend this for place
Interior has recently been updated, however, not well. Such as: two of the 8 cabinets cant be opened because the stove is in the way. EXTEREMLY drafty and VERY thin walls. The Landlord, Jeremy, can not enforce basic rules of his own building. Emense amount of dog poop around entrances from owners not picking up after their pets. Not very clear on rules when it comes to the visitor parking spots. Jermey has an attitude of “ownership” over his tenants, and will make it very clear how many properties he owns. This is probably only good for college students going to Wheaton, or a single person trying to save up. Avoid this Landlord at all costs.
The studio Apptment was very nice and very clean hardwood floors and the owner was very informative. The unit also came with storeage (just have to put your own lock on). I really liked the unit we saw (second floor). Bathroom Skittle out dated but all in all I loved it!
