The sun-drenched living area features colorful curtains and bench seating, perfect for relaxation. Settle onto the new loveseat and enjoy entertainment on the 55" HD Roku TV. A convenient tall table for two can fold out for extra space or act as a functional workspace. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy with a full-sized oven and range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A combination washer and dryer is tucked next to the fridge, complete with complimentary detergent. The updated bathroom features a stylish bowl sink, a stand-in shower, and all essential amenities. Access to the upper level is via a set of custom, beautiful wood stairs, leading to the cozy Queen bedroom with a dresser and extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. You may park on the street or in the parking lot to the left of the building. There are signs that say 2-hour parking, however, they are not enforced. Park along the building's wall with the flower mural. For guests staying two weeks or more, mid-stay cleaning services are available, which include a refresh of essential supplies. Our professional cleaning team can accommodate requests based on availability, and we’d be happy to provide a quote for the service. The Ridge@38th is a vibrant, walkable community that blends unique local businesses and residential spaces. Just step across the street to enjoy the brand-new park and playground, or spend the afternoon wandering the streets and visiting the eclectic local shops and eateries. The unit is in the same building as a bakery and art framing gallery. Across the street is a new park, a bicycle store, and within walking distance are many restaurants, bars, and a spa. Lyft and Uber are available, and you can check out RTD-Denver to jump on the bus stop just on the corner of the block. This property offers fully self check-in, and you'll receive an access code to the front door. A check-in form and agreement are required to be completed after booking is confirmed. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed, and additional charges may apply for undisclosed guests. Smoking of any substance is prohibited in the house or on the property, with a $350 fee for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee per instance, plus cleaning costs. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM. Unpermitted guests incur a $200 fee per guest per night.
