The top units will have a balcony, while the lower units will have a porch. The apartment is only 1 1/2 miles from MCV, and is 5 blocks from Broad St. The bus line is across the street. Tenants here can use the GRTC bus to go to school and not have to fight with traffic or parking in the morning. This also saves you about $200/semester in parking permits.
