Welcome to Urbana Student Rental Properties! This is a great location for University students which are the tenants that rent into this building. The building has a new owner who really wants to make sure that University of Illinois students live and thrive here. Property is an over-under triplex located near the University of Illinois (It is a little over a block from Lincoln Avenue!). The building has a one-bedroom, and an efficiency on the first floor and a 4-bedroom/1 bathroom on the second floor. The second floor unit can be leased as a 2-, 3-, or 4-bedroom unit. The 2nd floor unit is furnished. Utilities are not included and there will be an additional fee added to the lease since the utilities are shared by the whole building. We do all outside maintenance, so you do not have to! Pets are allowed if they are under 10 lbs.
