The room has a large north facing window that overlooks the quite back yard. There is a mini split in the room to control the heat and air conditioning to your exact preference This property sits on a beautiful and spacious back yard meant for your enjoyment and is also just off the spring creek trail. The center of the building is the real gem though boasting a large 2000 sq. ft. indoor tropical garden with trees over 35 years old! Seating and tables within the atrium are open for your use anytime! The kitchen is fully furnished and shared between all the units. We have a cleaning company come in once a week to maintain the communal kitchen and bathrooms. A free laundry room is also on sight for tenant use. Rent includes utilities, and WIFI.
