The property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All guests must complete identity verification prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Verification includes uploading a valid photo ID and a matching selfie. Failure to complete this process will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. All units are equipped with a smart lock or lockbox system. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in, but only after the pre-check-in form and identity verification are completed. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement. If you require a late checkout, it must be requested and approved in advance. The apartment is remote work-friendly with a dedicated work station featuring a height-adjustable standing desk and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for video calls and streaming.
