For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 fee applies for one large pet and $95 for two large pets. Early check-in and late checkout are available for $59 for 1 hour early/late or $89 for 2 hours early/late. An optional $175 cleaning reset is available for extended stays. Duke Gardens, Nasher Museum of Art, Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC), American Tobacco Campus, Durham Bulls Athletic Park, Eno River State Park, Brightleaf Square, 21c Museum Hotel, and Hayti Heritage Center. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old; guests aged 18–20 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters noted in the house manual located in the Guest Portal. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of core rules will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.
