The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, utensils, plates, and more, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table, kitchen bar area, or cozy breakfast nook. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Please ensure pets are registered in the reservation and waste is picked up, particularly from the backyard. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during summer and once a week during the rest of the year. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, and we'll ensure you're logged out upon checkout if needed. The guest house does not offer direct lake access from the property itself, but public lake access is available just past the neighboring house. Self-check-in is available, with instructions provided one day prior to arrival. House-trained pets are allowed with a $150 fee per pet per stay. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and any violation of house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden.
