It’s always been a great experience. When I need repairs the calls are sprays answered right away. I’ve been here 8 yrs. I’m still amazed and very happy that the quality of my living is important.
I’ve had a great experience living here. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and the building is kept very clean. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, which makes it feel welcoming. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient — everything I need is just steps away.

7 Dekalb is an amazing building to live in. All tenants are quiet and respectful. The staff is very nice and action any and all questions immediately. 10/10 experience that cannot be matched in NYC.

The location is great, very convenient for public transportation. Trader Joe’s, Target, and movie theatre are right downstairs. The apartment building is always clean. Staff is friendly and professional.
