7 DeKalb has a very professional residential and maintenance staff, the building is well kept, staff are friendly and helpful. Staff are very responsive and proactive towards the building’s residents request for service and repairs. It’s great to feel safe and be a part of the community at 7 DeKalb.
The staff really make the difference here. They are friendly, attentive, professional, and keep the building in excellent order. They've always been helpful and accommodating.
This building and staff are so great, they keep our building clean and running smoothly. The resident services brings community i love it here!
7 Dekalb is an amazing building to live in. All tenants are quiet and respectful. The staff is very nice and action any and all questions immediately. 10/10 experience that cannot be matched in NYC.
Aside from the poor WiFi connectivity, my experience has been positive
The location is great, very convenient for public transportation. Trader Joe’s, Target, and movie theatre are right downstairs. The apartment building is always clean. Staff is friendly and professional.
7 Dekalb maintenance guy is the best. He’s always timely, always quick, and extremely nice.
