As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the bright and open-concept living space, which features beautiful hardwood floors and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The spacious living room is perfect for entertaining guests, while the adjacent dining area offers ample space for eating and relaxing. The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances including a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen also includes a full-sized washer and dryer for convenience! There is ample counter space and plenty of cabinet space for all your storage needs. The two bedrooms are both generously sized, offering ample closet space and large windows for plenty of natural light. The primary bedroom has an oversized closet and an en-suite half bathroom, while the secondary bathroom has a large closet for plenty of storage space. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway, just outside both of the bedrooms that have a shower/tub combo and decent-sized vanity. This unit comes with an attached 1-car garage, as well as an additional reserved parking space right outside the unit. The home is cooled via an evaporative (swamp) cooler. There is also pool access through this HOA, which is included with the rent. This property is located within a mile of I-25, I-76, and I-36 for each access to Denver and Boulder. Only a few minutes from Federal Blvd for shopping and restaurants.
